You may not create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fantasy Sports Contests

4.1 Contest Participation

FantasyMatch offers skill-based fantasy sports contests where participants create virtual lineups of real athletes. Contest outcomes are determined by the statistical performance of selected athletes in actual sporting events.

4.2 Lineup Rules

When creating lineups, you must:

• Select players according to contest-specific requirements
• Submit lineups before the designated lock time
• Comply with position requirements and constraints
• Understand that lineups cannot be modified after lock time

4.3 Scoring System

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit contests
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share or sell your account credentials
• Collect user information without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FantasyMatch, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of FantasyMatch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our Platform

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Contest Results and Disputes

Contest results are determined by official statistical sources. In the event of disputes:

• We will review official statistics and apply our scoring rules
• Decisions made by FantasyMatch regarding scoring and results are final
• Stat corrections may occur up to 24 hours after contest completion
• Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of contest completion

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FantasyMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or technical issues
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyMatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activities

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
